1 lee Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 1 lee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the 1 lee website, mobile browser interface, games, betting services, VIP Club and any other services made available through the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus or placing any bet on 1 lee, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1 lee.

If you access the 1 lee platform on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or organisation to these Terms. 1 lee operates as an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket), slots and associated services to players in Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 1 lee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1 lee does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural individual (not a company, trust or other legal entity) registering and playing for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler or have self-excluded from the 1 lee platform or any other gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or immediate family member of an employee of 1 lee or any of its affiliated companies.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for as long as your account is active. 1 lee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold one and only one account on the 1 lee platform. If you already have a registered account, you may not create a second account under any name, email address, phone number or device. Duplicate accounts are treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

If duplicate accounts are discovered, 1 lee will close all duplicate accounts immediately, any bonuses or winnings accrued on the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the original account may also be reviewed and closed depending on the circumstances.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 1 lee is not liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1 lee is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure. You should enable two-factor authentication and use a strong, unique password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 1 lee support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

1 lee may require you to complete an identity verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC), proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period after request will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

1 lee accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash and card are typically credited to your 1 lee account balance within seconds of payment completion. Bank transfers via IBFT may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. 1 lee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.3 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into your 1 lee account must belong to you. Depositing funds belonging to a third party, regardless of that person's consent, is prohibited. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.4 Currency

The 1 lee platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion. All balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. If your payment method processes in a different currency, your provider will handle any conversion before funds reach 1 lee.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals at 1 lee are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible. Available withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard cards. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard transactions, though large withdrawals may require additional verification.

5.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Gold VIP Club members receive priority processing within 4 hours. Diamond VIP Club members receive instant processing. Processing times are measured from the point of internal approval and do not include your payment provider's own transfer time, which is typically immediate for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be processed. Withdrawals of original deposits are not affected by bonus wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

1 lee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for receiving funds. In cases where anti-money laundering checks are required, 1 lee may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by 1 lee — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at 1 lee are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000, plus 50 free spins on selected jackpot slots. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Standard wagering requirements apply as detailed in the specific promotion terms active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer.

6.3 Cashback Bonuses

Weekly cashback bonuses are awarded to eligible VIP Club members as specified in the VIP Club terms. Cashback amounts are calculated on net weekly losses and credited automatically to player balances every Monday. Cashback credited through the VIP Club is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn or used for play without restriction, unless specifically stated otherwise.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses

1 lee monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets that constitute low-risk hedging strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, and providing false or misleading information to qualify for a bonus.

7. VIP Club Terms

The 1 lee VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered players. VIP tier status (Silver, Gold, Diamond) is calculated on a rolling 30-day VIP point balance. VIP points are awarded at rates determined by the player's current tier and the amount wagered across all eligible games. Points expire after 90 days of account inactivity.

VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, free spin allocations and dedicated manager access — are applicable while the player maintains the qualifying tier status. 1 lee reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, point accrual rates and associated benefits with reasonable notice. 1 lee also reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club if that player is found to have violated these Terms in any way.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 1 lee are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

RNG-based games (including slots and virtual table games) use certified random number generators that have been independently audited. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment under live camera supervision. 1 lee does not manipulate game outcomes and the results of certified games are final.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — server disconnection, browser error or platform outage — 1 lee will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, stakes wagered on that round will typically be returned. 1 lee's determination in such cases is final and binding.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1 lee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been possible. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or that 1 lee reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion by registering a new account.

10. Responsible Gaming

1 lee is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded from 1 lee and attempt to register a new account are acting in violation of these Terms. Any accounts opened by self-excluded players will be closed and balances forfeited.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 By 1 lee

1 lee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicion of fraud, collusion or money laundering; dormancy (no login for more than 12 consecutive months); or for any other reason that 1 lee determines at its sole discretion to be in the interest of the platform's integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 1 lee's discretion. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their nominated payment method.

11.2 By the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 1 lee support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method.

12. Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of personal data by 1 lee is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1 lee collects data necessary for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, plus any additional period required by applicable legal obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability

1 lee provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical faults and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1 lee shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; any loss arising from technical faults, network outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

1 lee's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to Terms

1 lee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform — typically a notification on login and an email to your registered address. Minor amendments may be made without formal notice.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the 1 lee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
